BOXEL is a high frequency electronic transducer unit that can be used as a basic tool for concrete vibrators.
Advances in concrete vibrator technology allow for more efficient, higher performance and safer construction.
Designed and manufactured entirely in Europe, many years of research and development have preceded the design.
First class components and continuous quality controls are the guarantee for this drive unit.
It can be operated from a 230 V mains power supply with a 5 m mains cable (Schuko).

How does it work?
BOXEL’s intelligent system works in different stages:
It filters out incoming electromagnetic interference
Corrects AC and DC currents
Converts the voltage
Converts direct current to 42 V, 3 phases and 200 Hz
Smart start
The BOXEL SMART starting system reduces the chance of overloading caused by common vibrator starting peaks. It does this by means of a “braked start”, eliminating the problems associated with large current increases at start-up.
Warning system
BOXEL includes a warning system that communicates with the user at all times, providing information on the current status of the unit. This allows the ideal operation at all times, solving possible faults and avoiding the need to take the equipment to a service centre.
Multifunctional converter
Allows the user to connect and operate concrete vibrators of different sizes simultaneously, provided they operate at the frequency and voltage output level indicated by the converter.
