Vibratory plates are the most prevalent of the hand-guided compaction machines and usually form part of the standard equipment belonging to even the smallest construction gang connected with smallest construction and civil engineering, earthworks or road works. They are perfectly suited for the compaction of predominantly granular soils down to slightly cohesive soils.
